Nicola Peltz shares huge family news during holiday with her loved ones as the Beckham feud rumbles on

Nicola Peltz shared some huge news on Tuesday during her family holiday to Saint-Tropez. 

The actress, 30, and her husband Brooklyn Beckham, 26, are currently away with her billionaire parents while his feud with the Beckham clan rumbles on. 

On Sunday, it was claimed the couple’s rift with David and Victoria could overshadow Harper’s upcoming 14th birthday on July 10. 

Sharing on update to Instagram, Nicola announced her brother Will had asked his girlfriend Kenya Jones to marry him. 

Posing for a photo Kenya showed off her diamond ring as she shared a kiss with her husband-to-be in front of the sea. 

It read: ‘Just engaged. My whole heart for my whole life,’ with Nicola adding: ‘Best news ever!’

Nicola’s parent’s are billionaire investor Nelson and his model wife Claudia Heffner Peltz.

Together they share eight children: Matthew, Will, Brad, Brittany, Diesel, Nicola, Zachary and Gregory.   

Nicola’s posts come amid fears Brooklyn and Nicola will fail to acknowledge Harper’s birthday on Thursday. 

Amid his escalating feud with his family, the pair failed to publicly acknowledge David’s milestone 50th birthday on May 8. 

David and Victoria’s 26th wedding anniversary also passed without mention, despite the former Manchester United and England footballer referencing Brooklyn in his own post. 

And sources fear Harper could be ‘collateral damage’ should they fail to acknowledge her birthday celebration as the feud with her parents escalates. 

An insider told The Mirror: ‘Harper’s been particularly affected by what’s going on because she’s always been really close to Brooklyn.

‘They’ve always had a lovely bond because Brooklyn was that bit older when Harper was born and the hope when Brooklyn married Nicola was that she’d become like a big sister to Harper in a house full of brothers.’

It read: ‘Just engaged. My whole heart for my whole life,’ with Nicola adding: ‘Best news ever!’ (Kenya and Will pictured earlier this year)

They added: ‘But obviously that hasn’t happened and it’s potentially going to be heartbreaking for Harper if Brooklyn doesn’t show up for her on her birthday.’

David previously thanked wife Victoria for their ‘beautiful children’ as the couple both acknowledged estranged son Brooklyn while celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary on July 4.

The former footballer who also shares sons Romeo, 20, and Cruz, 22 with the ex Spice Girl, 51, shared a series of throwback snaps of the family in happier times.

Declaring his love for Victoria, who he referred to as Lady Beckham following his Knighthood, he wrote: ’26 years today you said YES to me Happy Anniversary and thank you for giving me our beautiful children and building the life that we have together.’ 

He went on to tag his children including estranged son Brooklyn.

Victoria, 51, also tagged her eldest son, captioning her post: ‘Another year, another chapter in our love story. 

‘I’m so proud of the beautiful family and life we’ve built together. You and our four incredible children complete me. I love you so much @davidbeckham. Here’s to 26 years!!’ 

Despite the apparent olive branch, insider believe Brooklyn will not be in attendance when Harper turns 14 on Thursday. 

The source added: ‘He took a stand and missed his dad’s 50th so he’s not likely to suddenly do a U-turn and forget everything that’s happened, as much as he loves Harper. 

‘But if he did, it could a much-needed olive branch to start repairing things. An end to the family drama would be the best birthday present Harper – and her parents – could ask for.’

Meanwhile Victoria shared a snap from a family holiday and also ensured Brooklyn was tagged – while Brooklyn has failed to publicly acknowledge any recent family events

Rumours of a rift between the eldest son and his parents began when Brooklyn was noticeably silent on his former Spice Girl mother’s birthday, a far cry from his usual sweet posts about her.

Neither the former photographer nor his wife wished Victoria a happy 51st, while David, Romeo and Cruz posted gushing messages.

And as well as snubbing dad David’s birthday online, he also was notably absent from all of his 50th birthday celebrations – including a boys’ fishing trip.  

Despite flying to London at the time, Brooklyn and Nicola also didn’t attend the big family party at the Beckhams’ Cotswolds home or an idyllic trip to France or a meal at Notting Hill restaurant, Core.  

Brooklyn reportedly ‘told his famous family that he wants no contact’ with them last month in the latest devastating turn of their ongoing feud. 

While a source close to Brooklyn denied the claims, a source told Page Six: ‘Brooklyn told his family he wants no contact and he’s not responding to those that try to connect.’

According to the publication, the eldest Beckham boy has had no communication with his family following father David’s knighthood being announced last month and only learned of the news in the media alongside the rest of the world.

Denying he’d asked for no contact, a source close to Brooklyn told the publication: ‘Everyone’s focus should be David Beckham’s great honour’.

Meanwhile a source close to Brooklyn also denied the claims as they told MailOnline, ‘this seems to be another deliberate attempt to misrepresent the truth, and it only serves to distract from this honor being bestowed on Brooklyn’s father.’
