The socialite and sister of Cara Delevingne, 39, shared the happy news to Instagram on Friday.
Poppy welcomed Kaia with her billionaire businessman partner Archie Keswick.
Uploading a black and white snap clutching her baby girl’s hand, Poppy penned: ‘20.05.25 The stars aligned, & then there was you.’
Just two days after the announcement, Poppy was seen in the crowd at the tennis tournament alongside the likes of Andrew Garfield.

Poppy paired a fitted shirt and flared baggy linen trousers with strappy heeled sandals.
She added a pair of sunglasses to accessorise, with a big smile on her face as she eagerly watched the match.
Poppy first discovered she was pregnant during London Fashion Week when, during a fitting for a Burberry show, she noticed her clothes were tighter than usual.
Sensing something was different, Poppy took a pregnancy test shortly after and then learned she was expecting a daughter.
Speaking to ELLE UK in January, she said: ‘Obviously, I would have been fine with either, and when I was younger, I always thought when I get pregnant, I wouldn’t find out, but the second we got told we could find out, we did. I’m so excited. I come from all girls, we’re very girl-heavy. Girls are great.’
Poppy’s sisters, model Cara, 32, and socialite Chloe, 39, were both delighted when she told them the news.
She said: ‘We were all in New York, with each other and with the bump, and there was a lot of talking to the bump, stroking the bump. They’re just elated.’

Poppy welcomed daughter Kaia with her billionaire businessman partner Archie Keswick late last month
Poppy and Archie kept the news of her pregnancy to themselves for a while and only told friends and family around the four-month mark.
The model previously admitted she was ‘really nervous’ about her pregnancy and wanted to ‘protect’ it for a while.
She explained: ‘It just feels like such an extraordinary privilege to be able to do this, to be able to have a baby at this age and at this time, and when it happened, I couldn’t really believe it.’

Poppy and Archie went public with their romance in July 2024, when they attended the BST Hyde Park festival together.
Archie is the son of Simon Keswick, former director of multi-billion pound Hong Kong conglomerate Jardine Matheson – owner of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
