Former Love Island star Katie Salmon has been convicted of assault on a person causing them actual bodily harm.
The mother-of-one, who starred in the 2016 series of the ITV dating show, appeared at Northampton Crown Court on July 11 where she was charged with assault on Jyssica Memory.
The case has been postponed for sentencing until September 15.
Katie reportedly kicked and punched Jyssica who’d been in a secret relationship with her partner after he lured her there on the promise of a new life in Thailand.
Jyssica believed she was going to start a new life in paradise with her boyfriend of four years Anthony Kelly.
However she was instead reportedly ‘ambushed’ by Anthony and his other partner Katie.

Katie attacked the victim, hitting her with a hairdryer and a stiletto shoe, according to one witness, and punching and kicking her ‘seven to ten times’, according to Northamptonshire Telegraph.
Parts of the shocking incident were videoed as the jury watched the contents of the victim’s suitcase strewn around.
The victim was left with a clump of hair missing, a lump on her head and two blackened eyes.
Katie has denied the charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm during her time in court.
MailOnline have contacted Katie’s representatives for comment.
Katie shot to fame during the second season of Love Island and made history as one half of the series’ first same sex couple with the late Sophie Gradon eventually came fourth with co-star Adam Maxted.
At the beginning of the year Katie broke her silence after the tragic death of her ex fiancé and father of her daughter in a heartfelt Instagram post.
She announced Harry sadly passed away in December 2024 and paid tribute after taking the time to ‘re align, grieve and be present’ with her toddler over the festive period.

She wrote: ‘Happy new year to all. I’ve taken some time of [sic] social to just re align as well as grieve and just be present with my daughter and family.
‘The year ended with sad news but I have every faith this year is the year for all answered prayers and healings.
‘I’m always shocked at how I manage to get through the things I do and that’s because of God.
‘Thank you for supporting me and I can’t wait to get back to creating real content for you all that’s authentic to me and my life.
‘God bless you all let’s make 2025 the best yet.’
At the time of his death, Katie wrote: ‘Trying to navigate this pain. The highest highs and the lowest lows with you.
‘It’s so sad to know you’ll never see what a beautiful little girl she is or who she will become. I hope your soul finds peace Harry [heartbreak emoji].’
Katie split from Harry just six months after the birth of their first child, in September 2022.
