Euphoria star Barbie Ferreira showed off her astonishing weight loss in a nude dress that accentuated her slimmed-down figure this week.

The 28-year-old starred on the first two seasons of the hit HBO show before she left in 2022, explaining later that she ‘wanted to be able to not be the fat best friend.’

She debuted her stunningly reduced frame last year after losing about 50lbs, and has neither confirmed nor denied the Ozempic rumors that have swirled around her since.

This Wednesday, she made her presence felt at a star-studded Netflix party in Los Angeles promoting the streaming service’s new Lena Dunham sitcom Too Much.

Although Barbie herself is not on the show, she was a showstopping figure at the knees-up in its honor, modeling a dress that stressed her impressively flat midriff.

With a neckline that dipped to offer up a generous helping of cleavage, the sleeveless dress fell flatteringly around her hourglass physique.

She could be seen mingling with some of the other guests at the fete, including Lukas Gage, who is best known for season one of The White Lotus.

Barbie also posed for a group shot at the event with Too Much’s leading lady Megan Stalter and Brooklyn Nine-Nine star Chelsea Peretti. 

After shooting to fame as Kat on the first two seasons of Euphoria, Barbie left the show because she felt her character had reached a dead end.

‘I don’t think there was a place for her to go,’ she said on Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard in 2023, the year after her departure from the series.

‘I think there were places she could have gone. I just don’t think it would have fit into the show,’ the New York City native explained.

‘I don’t know if it was going to do her justice, and I think both parties knew that I really wanted to be able to not be the fat best friend. I don’t want to play that, and I think they didn’t want that either,’ Barbie added.

After she went public with her astonishing weight loss late last year, a source exclusively told DailyMail.com that she had shed the pounds for her career.

‘Since she quit Euphoria, the opportunities have been drying up for Barbie and she knew that a reinvention was necessary to maintain longevity,’ said the insider.

‘She lost the weight to revitalize her career and better highlight her talents. She has such a strong drive to succeed in the industry and is incredibly talented.’

Her decision to flaunt her new figure on Instagram ‘was a way of saying, “Hey this is me now and I am ready to work,”‘ the insider added. 

‘She wants to be able to play sexy parts too and will do what it takes to succeed. Ozempic can offer a really easy way to achieve this.’
