Bella Hadid channels Jessica Simpson’s Daisy Duke as she showcases her legs in micro shorts

Bella Hadid showcased her model’s legs as she went on a snack run in Aspen on Sunday. 

The runway beauty, 28, who seemed to joining a little downtime after working at Cannes and in London, stepped out in very short denim shorts, aka Daisy Dukes, similar to those worn by Jessica Simpson in The Dukes of Hazard two decades ago. 

Hadid had the good sense to wear something a little more comfortable than high heels favored by the fictional Daisy, and opted for a pair of brown sheepskin micro Uggs.

She covered up in a white T-shirt and a red ‘letterman’ type jacket with white stripes.

Her long, blonde hair was styled straight and she seemed to be wearing full makeup behind her large framed sunglasses. 

After gassing up her luxury SUV, the cover model took off for her next adventure in the tony mountain town favored by the rich and famous, especially for winter skiing. 

It was unclear if Hadid was enjoying a girls trip with friends, or a vacation with her boyfriend, Adan Banuelos.

The fashionista has been dating the horse trainer, 37, since October 2023.

In an interview with British Vogue that her boyfriend was unaware of her fame when they first met. 

‘For me, that was such a breath of fresh air,’ the ___ revealed. The two met when she hired him to train her to work with cutting horses, a specialized style of riding that allows a rider to separate cattle from a herd in a controlled and skillful manner.

‘He’s the youngest Mexican cowboy to ever be inducted into the Hall of Fame, ‘ she bragged, hinting at a possible future. ‘He works for his family, he works for his customers and he works to hopefully build a home and a family one day.’

‘Our biggest dream is to have a summer camp for children,’ she said of one of their goals. 

‘Being in a relationship – he works so much, I work so much – we come together to have these conversations,’ she said.

‘He knows my passion is philanthropy. I think that’s where I struggle being in this world of so much stimulation. I always feel overstimulated and I wish I could just be somewhere helping everybody,’ she said.

Hadid has been outspoken in her support for the Palestinian people in the ongoing conflict with Israel that has killed more than 54,000 men, women and children since October 7, 2023.

‘I think I would wake up in the morning feeling better every day if I could wake up for somebody else, and not for something that meant that I was in a photograph or for me to make more money. I wish I could just be somebody for somebody else,’ she explained. 

Another of Hadid’s goals is motherhood. 

‘I can’t wait to be a mom. I think that I’m somebody for a lot of people, but in the real intimate way of being the person that somebody can count on consistently, that will change my life for me. And I cannot wait.’
